Workforce management on a mission to work smarter. Evolv, a workforce science software company, analyzed employee performance data and provided information for better decision-making. But as its marketplace became increasingly competitive, it was becoming more difficult to stand out. The Evolv sales and marketing team needed help in lead generation and market positioning, and that’s when they brought in 104 West Partners.

104 West Partners used proprietary data and research to generate conversations using consistent content served through social and traditional channels, as well as marketing communications assets. And in 90 days, the Evolv story appeared in BusinessInsider, Forbes, Venture Beat, The New York Times, The Huffington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The Silicon Valley Mercury News and BusinessWeek, flooded social media and touched myriad customers and prospects.
